The editorial team is pleased to present KONSELOR Volume 15, No. 2, June (2026). The six articles featured in this issue illustrate the expanding scope of contemporary counselling scholarship, addressing evidence-based interventions, educational psychology, workplace mental health, technology adoption, and theological perspectives in counselling. Collectively, these studies advance current understanding of counselling by bridging empirical inquiry with practical applications across educational, organisational, correctional, and faith-based settings.
The contributions in this issue encompass the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral therapy in strengthening self confidence among juvenile inmates, the development of character strengths in the digital age, psychoeducational strategies for promoting academic buoyancy, psychosocial determinants of workplace stress and the buffering role of Islamic workplace spirituality, the continued relevance of the Technology Acceptance Model in school counseling practice, and critical reflections on the challenges and opportunities of postmodernism in Christian counseling.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the authors for their trust in KONSELOR and their commitment to advancing the counseling profession. We are equally indebted to our editors and anonymous reviewers, whose careful evaluation, scholarly expertise, and constructive recommendations have ensured the rigor, quality, and integrity of every published article. We trust that this issue will enrich scholarly dialogue, inspire future research, and contribute meaningfully to counseling theory, practice, and policy.
Regards,
Editor In Chief
