"Group Counseling of Cognitive Restructuring and Murattal Al-Qur’an Relaxation Techniques to Alleviate Indonesian Muslim University Students’ Academic Anxiety: Does it Work Effectively?" - This research evaluates the effectiveness of combining cognitive restructuring with Murattal Al-Qur’an relaxation techniques in reducing academic anxiety among Indonesian Muslim university students, offering valuable insights for practitioners in the field.
